The opening plenary session in the first day of the conference, on the 28th of September, will be devoted to keynote presentations of regional perspectives on innovative security governance. We invited outstanding specialists in those regions of the world which have drawn a general attention due to security challenges and stability problems.
Our keynote speakers are:
