The European Counter-Terrorism Jean Monnet Research Network (EUCTER) at the University of South Wales organised a three-day multi-thematic conference dedicated to contemporary security threats. The last part of the web-conference, scheduled for 16 June 2021, concerned hybrid threats and hybrid warfare. Professor Artur Gruszczak, Head of the National Security Department, took part in the session „Order and Disorder: Political Interference, Disinformation and Resilience” with a paper on „Enhancing the EU’s resilience to counter hybrid threats: Is there a role for intelligence cooperation?”.
