We are pleased to announce that Dr. Wiktor Hebda, assistant professor at the Department of National Security, obtained a master's degree in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. On October 13, 2022, Dr. Hebda defended his master's thesis entitled Ante Gotovina's trial before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia: from conviction to acquittal, written in the Chair of Public International Law under the supervision of Prof. Marcin Marcinko.
