This analysis is the second part of a study on the organizational culture of the Polish secret services published in the series "KBN Analyses". According to the classification adopted by the author, this culture is shaped in its simplest form by three elements: environment, organization and participants. Having discussed the first one, it is time for taking up the other two elements. Participants and the structure within which they operate are key factors concerning the existence and functioning of any organization (Polish secret services in this case). As it was pointed out in the first part of the analysis, organizational culture is an element which can deepen the understanding of the activities and role of intelligence services in the state. Therefore, the intention of the author of this publication is to follow up to the discussion on the current shape of this culture within Poland’s secret services. This analysis adopts the sociological approach and the perspective of organizational anthropology in research on the security institutions of the People's Republic of Poland.
