The Committee of the Council of Ministers for National Security and Defense Affairs has recently joined secret political bodies. More than six months of practice have shown that the body chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński adopted the principle of closed sessions. It is connected with many limitations, which have not been dealt with so far by other bodies composed of politicians: the Board for Special Services and the parliamentary Committee for Special Services.
