Experience and expertise
Since February 2020: active soldier of the reserve in the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). Attending continuous tactical infantry trainings within the Jägerbataillon 921. Participating in combat training involving land and air vehicles.
Since August 2019: operations associate at Ceravoid, a commercial intelligence and risk management firm operating mainly on the African continent and in Europe, headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa. Conducting Due Diligences, HUMINT, OSINT among other tasks. Taking on a representative function for Ceravoid at conferences, meeting with clients and acquiring sources. Project lead on investigations concerning the European sector. Preparing projects and thorough research in the corporate and private sector.
April 2017 - September 2017: soldier and instructor in the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). Instruction of TCCC and TECC (Tactical Casualty Combat Care and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care) for soon to be deployed soldiers. Weapon handling and care with shooting training.
November 2016 - March 2017: undertaker at Bestattungshaus Becker GmbH in Bonn, Germany. Professional funeral services employee tasked with organizing wakes and memorial services. Embalming and tending to the deceased.
May 2012 - April 2016: paramedic at the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe. Fully qualified professional paramedic. Tasked with a wide variety of duties, amongst which fell the resuscitation and stabilisation of patients. Trained in PHTLS (Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support) and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support). Administrated intravenous drips, drugs and oxygen, performed intubations and life saving mechanisms while monitoring patients conditions. Communication and organisation in situations of crisis in collaboration with medical and law-enforcement staff.
July 2009 - July 2010: a volunteer in service at the Johanniter Krankenhaus Bonn, a local hospital. Worked in the oncology department, dealing with the terminally ill and obtaining a caretaker function. Dealing with communication with grieving relatives and all aspects of patient care.

Counter-Terrorism in Europe: The impact of the Polish-German intelligence cooperation since 2004

Dissertation project description:
The aim of this project is to determine what kind of cooperation has been established between Germany and Poland in terms of information exchange and intelligence sharing in the country’s respective intelligence agencies. In addition to the intelligence agencies, an equal look will be taken at information exchange and intelligence sharing between law enforcement agencies in Germany and Poland. All of this will be analysed from a theoretical background of a realist perspective. This will lead to an analysis of how the fight against terrorist threats to Germany and Poland in particular has been facilitated. The main hypothesis of the thesis is that the intelligence cooperation between the two countries has been expedited through a mutual understanding of terrorism as a common threat endangering national security and challenging regional cooperation in Europe. This means that the framework of the multi-and bilateral agreements within the European Union -acting as a multinational exchange network – expedites and promotes the processes of counter-terrorism.
